Known as the primary anabolic or muscle signalling amino acid, L-Leucine is responsible for stimulating mTor, which is the on switch for muscle repair and growth. When consumed in doses of greater than 3g, L-Leucine maximises protein synthesis levels and ensures the utilisation for Isoleucine and Valine are optimised to enhance muscle growth and repair.
Glutamine (1000mg)
L-Glutamine is a conditionally essential amino acid, required for ensuring immune health is supported, gut health is maintained and in times of stress, such as sickness and muscle breakdown, is responsible for ensuring muscle recovery is maintained.
L-Citrulline
Once consumed orally, L-Citrulline is converted into Arginine and has been shown to enhance nitric oxide production above that of actual Arginine supplementation due to its ease in passing the stomach without becoming degraded or broken down and results in a greater systemic effect for blood flow.
Taurine
